You will find your affiliate Id in your account, you need to login, then it will show under the affiliate tab. ( the Id is part of your affiliate url)
It depends on the skin you are using, if you are using any of the skins that has a settings page, then you can add HTML by using the footer option:
Footer > Footer Text
